Nondiscrimination

The Alliance of Leadership Fellows does not discriminate against members, prospective members, employees or applicants for employment, or other consultants or collaborators on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, age, or sexual orientation. The Alliance also provides its services without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other legally-recognized bases.

Purely Public Charity

As an institution of purely public charity, the Alliance of Leadership Fellows applies or reserves all revenue, including contributions, in excess of expenses in furtherance of its charitable purpose or to funding of other mission-related public charities pursuant to Ā§ 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The directors of the Alliance do not receive any compensation, and the compensation of its officers and employees has never been and will never be based upon the financial performance of the institution. The AllianceĀ  has adopted as part of its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws provisions that expressly prohibit the use of any surplus funds for private inurement to any person in the event of a sale or dissolution of the corporation as a purely public charity.
